These programs are for developer’s looking for Guidance in the planning stage for the funding and take-out stage of your project for pre-development financing when needed for architectural drawings, reports, surveys, and other soft costs or any costs associated with stabilizing the project.

Loan Amount: 2 million and up

We can help fund all your projects with our portfolio of lenders programs for long-term take-out financing on newly constructed/ renovated projects. There’re several Loan types available including Construction to perm, Gap-bridge, joint venture, preferred equity, mezzanine, and HUD loan programs.

Construction Financing Available

* Initial consultant fee will be charged upon and or after the review of projects. Once projects have been reviewed by the project manager (myself) and deemed it’s a fit for one or more of our private lender’s/equities/ joint venture partners and other funding programs a fee will be charged before submittals. This fee is for reviewing, consulting, structuring, aligning, gathering, packaging, submitting, working and coordinating with clients and private lender’s/equity/ joint venture partners., third part vendors etc., and as a liaison for communication between clients and private lender’s/equity/ joint venture partners., third part vendors etc., while monitoring the process of funding to the closing your project. Please make sure all information and documentation provided is true and accurate with authenticity.
